Step Out Buffalo Podcast

I'm new to Buffalo! Thank you for doing this podcast. This will help me as I make my transition from Missouri to New York.

You clearly know that your listening audience is primary millennials, so we are going to be able to get a majority of the same information as you- internet, instagram, etc. Now go beyond that. When you aren’t sure how to pronounce something, aren’t certain of the details online, or just need more information, call them. That is what we really need as your audience. And when visiting restaurants and other venues, actually ask to speak to owners/managers to get the inside scoop that your listeners want, please stop assuming that someone is the owner based on how they look when you are there. I assume all of these people would absolutely love to talk to you.

I live in Los Angels but originally from Buffalo and visit once a year Buffalo. The presenters sound like “Valley girls” I wish they would change their speech. “ Like totally” is old speech. Too many “likes”in a sentence. They could appeal to a broader audience if they could mature their speech. I like the subject matter. It’s fun.

Love the short + sweet format, and the fact the podcast doesn’t cater to just a niche group of Buffalonian’s... has a little something for everyone! Thanks ladies!
