They defy stigma and boldly share their stories on how mental health has impacted their life.  Jennifer, an anxious , introverted Canadian who prefers books to socializing, is witty and opinionated but lives to make others laugh, while watching too much tv and sports for someone with a full time job.  You can follow her @Draven1683 on twitter https://twitter.com/draven1683?s=21 Jack is a 22-year-old college student living with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and depression, trying to find his way in this world as he embarks on his mental health journey towards healing. Introverted and shy, most of his social interaction comes via Twitter, where he enjoys interacting with others about sports, one of his biggest passions.  You can follow him @jackbell25 on twitter https://twitter.com/jackbell25?s=21 I am so proud to call them my friends!   If you enjoyed this episode consider rating this podcast 5 stars so we can reach more people with these stories.
