Don’t Miss It!
Laura’s podcast has been a huge encouragement and blessing to me! She is so open, honest and compassionate! I have had the pleasure of meeting Laura in person as well as participate in group and
one on one coaching! She has helped me grow in a way I’ve been searching for for decades. I cannot recommend her podcast and coaching enough! You won’t be sorry!
Wonderful blessing, so glad I found this podcast!
After years of living with a diet culture mindset, and experiencing the grief of regaining a lot of weight, I found intuitive eating podcasts. Finally, “hope for the diet weary soul,” as Laura would say. Laura is so relatable. She has clearly experienced healing. Many intuitive eating professionals appear to be an average size. I’m not and that’s hard. I find it easier to accept Laura’s advice because she has found peace and healing but didn’t have to get to a “normal weight” to experience that. It gives me hope and comfort to hear from someone who is thriving in a larger body.
Truth, encouragement and hope
Laura’s sweet and truth filled episodes are true bread for this diet weary soul! The soul fitness challenges are great tools for froth and change. This is such a blessing in my life.
