This dynamic duo is creating gnarly flavors, epic spice levels & magazine cover photos out of their downtown Denver kitchen. We talk about the social media post that called out their "lack of advocacy" for taking a different path than other hospitality professionals & businesses across the country.  They're walking the walk way more than they're talking the talk.
