    For episode 5, I talk to Vicky Campo, the Communications Director for Arizonans for Rational Sex Offense Laws (AZRSOL). We discuss the organization's mission and her family's experience with the sex offender registry. Each State has different registries. Her son maintains a Level One status in Arizona – the lowest possible risk level.

    Episode 4: Kristy's Story

    For my fourth episode, I interview my mother Kristy. Kristy was born in the US but moved to Mexico after marrying my father. Over the course of thirty years, their marriage moved from a situation of coercive control, to physical and financial abuse. It all culminated in the attempted femicide of my mother at the hands of people hired by my father. My mother and I have this conversation a few months after this event and we talk about some of the impacts to the family.

    For episode 2, I interview Madam Bella Cummins, the owner of Bella’s Hacienda Ranch, a legal brothel in Wells, Nevada. She is also the founder of the Onesta Foundation, a nonprofit organization with a mission to support Nevada sex workers and advocate for prostitution legalization throughout the United States.

    Join me in the first episode of my podcast where I talk to Misha Bonaventura, the founder of Clearing Conversations, an organization that helps people have harmonious relationships. Misha is also an organizer at the Bonobo Network where she has spent over a decade helping people explore and create sex positive community and alternative relations. In this episode, we discuss a policy Misha developed called the Power Awareness Policy, how Misha came to do the work she does, attachment theory, the #me too movement, graduated sanctions as a form of accountability for transgressions, and female sexuality.
