    Carrie Blumert has served as an Oklahoma County Commissioner representing District 1 since January 2019. She is the youngest woman in state history to hold the position. Her background includes a Bachelor's of Science from Oklahoma State University in Child and Family Services and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Oklahoma.
