Great show

Feels like I’m receiving direct intel in the Oval Office. Very nice. Austin does need a better mic and one he can mute when a throat clearing is necessary.

I love this podcast

Jim is fun to listen to. Can we get Austin a new mic? Great fun to hear them both.

Jim and Austin Go Flat.....

So I really love this podcast until Jim and Austin in the last podcast on rewriting history basically call my ancestors, hence me, traitors because they fought for the South. Much discussion about revisionist history about the South, but never a mention on the lack of history about the North. Too much to go into here, but needless to say the last 20 minutes of their last podcast was the most insulting, one-sided, history lesson I have ever listened to. I guess they have to kneel to all of their Pentagon contacts.

I have bought all of their books, which I thought were good, but maybe Austin should apply his own methodology of cocktails to the disputes between North and South, because he doesn't seem to me to be very consistent with his own methodology.

I am a subscriber to their daily letter and know I don't know how much I trust their analysis. I mean if they are so one sided on Civil War history and so lacking in the cultural, economic and political of thier own Country from 1775 to 1877, then why would someone trust them on current affairs anywhere else? Do your self a favor and read Ludwell H. Johnson's North V. South, Professor of History at the College of William & Mary along with "I'LL Take My Stand".

I also find it somewhat ironic that they can call Lee so glibly a traitor when in the next ten years, things going the way ther are, Commissioned Officers may have to make a choice of whether or not to support certain Government actions. Think about it Austin!

Lastly, Dump Dan as host, he is Terrible!
