How vunerable populations are being affected differently than others and the ways that even in a time of global cooperation and panic the powers at be are still finding the time and motivation to try to keep sex workers down. But what can we do about this type of discrimination and bias, especially in the face of such a crisis, is this the kind of opportunity our adversaries have been waiting for to finally snuff us out, or will their alternative motives come back to bite them in the ass when people are finally able to relate to the frustration and difficulty sex workers endure every day? Interview with an Energy Vampire
we have all had rough days either at home or at work where it just feels like nothing is going right. and that feeling can be compounded by people around us consciously or unconsciously sucking our remaining energy out like vampires. stripping is especially prone to this phenomenon because our customers feel entitled to every part of us and tend to wear us out with their unrelenting physical and emotional needs. this week B talks about an example of this kind of burn out and how we can try to deal with it.
