Katy Ferguson is a former kindergarten teacher turned stay-at-home-mom + certified personal trainer & certified nutrition coach. 

She has worked with hundreds of busy women and loves sharing real life tools to help make your fitness and nutrition life easier.  Founder of a women’s only fitness company and online platform @strong.as.a.mother.stl on instagram, Katy is on a mission to squash every fitness & nutrition myth out there.  

Nathan formerly served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army - year tour in Afghanistan (Platoon Leader & Civil Affairs Officer). He also served as a Deputy Sheriff. Now, Nathan is a counselor for combat veterans. He also trains police departments, military units/veterans, and first responders in addition to hosting retreats. He loves studying self-mastery and meditation. Nathan is on a mission to help people connect with who they truly are, and live with massive purpose, meaning and heart.


Katy & Nathan have been married since 2015 and have two young children and live in St. Louis, Missouri.
