Beyond fitness
Julien has helped me to understand my intent to working out while developing my how and why to coaching. Training is an opportunity to develop ourselves, not disassociate from our everyday stress. If CrossFit is checkers, Strongfit is 4D chess.
Can’t Stop Listening
I was introduced to Strong Fit a few months ago and wanted it all to not work. Fortunately everything does and I’ve never felt better!
This podcast takes a scientific approach to fitness and nutrition that’s rarely found anymore.
Every episode is engaging and they cover many different topics but it is all applicable and will get you on your way to a better life.
One of the best!
I’ve been following Julian and the StrongFit crew since late ‘17 or early ‘18 and was stoked to see them come out with a podcast! I’ve listened to every episode and love all they put out.
