i am a human being

this episode is really important to me its my coming back episode, the last thing i wanted to do was tell others to take my advice when i wasn't even taking the advice. i'm just a human being like the next person, i have thoughts, emotions, memories, and all of the above. everyone is constantly judging and criticizing everyone plus themselves, i need to freedom from that and want everyone to be able to free themselves from their inner saboteur and those voices who tell them all these negative things. recently i haven't been present in the moment and aware of my thinking and i'm ready to be back and more aware than ever. come with me on this journey (podcast episode) to think about some of the things i mention and to give yourself a break. thanks so much for listening

having a crush...

hey gorge, do I have a crush right now... umm the answer is maybe yes. so I wanted to talk about having a crush and what its like and how it is because we have all had one. having a crush can be amazing or horrible or both at the same time. I will definitely not be telling you how to win them over because I have yet to do so buttt I will talk about the different type of people when they have crushes and the different types of crushes, also will cover why we become obsessed and reactions we have towards our crush. umm I also talked about liking straight people as a gay person and how its 10x worst and more complicated but I hope y'all remember that if your crush doesn't like you back doesn't determine your worth and that there are so many more people out there who are waiting to meet and experience you. expectations

hey babes welcome to season 2 of stuck in my mind (who knows what that means or includes but its here) I miss the podcast and am ready to give y'all the full scoop of what's going on in my mind. today we talk about the expectations others hold upon us and how frustrating it can be cause i'm just trying to live fr. I cover unrealistic, high, low expectations, when people expect more when you give them more than average and how annoying it can be. also how we ourselves shouldn't hold unrealistic expectations on others or ourselves. projecting

going thru it

hi friends... the people praying on my downfall had their moment but im back. having a pessimistic outlook on life doesn't help anyone and makes life worst, i had to take the time to remove this negative mindset and ready to enter a new chapter. I've been feeling rejected and alone and STUCK IN MY MIND but I didn't realize that "nobody wanting me" set me free. if you are going thru it just know your feelings are valid. constantly wanting more

hey friends im back from the dead. I may have gone ghost mode trying to get thru my seasonal depression era. letting go

shit happens all the time, "good' or "bad" everything happens for a reason. currently going thru it but who isn't. living for approval

hey friends. I used to care A TON about what other people thought of me and whether I had enough friends and I would even try and be someone I wasn't for approval. you may or may not feel or have felt that way but today I talk about why you should NOT live for others approval and seek for your own approval. this topic was a little intense (mb y'all) so you might have to use some brain power but I just want others to be able to self evaluate and not stress out so much about seeking approval.
