    Studio Sessions: CJ Stranger

    CJ Stranger is one of Australia's foremost blues, folk and self-proclaimed swampy musicians. With a heavy festival touring schedule on break for Covid, he has welcomed the suspension of live music to explore song writing and becoming a new dad.  We were lucky enough to have him by Studio Bleus to have a chat about all things Hawkesbury, dad life and his new record out August 2020.  The bonus content features a solo performance that demonstrates his truly honest performance style. This guy is as genuine as they come.

    Studio Sessions: Sam Sheumack

    One of the most loved and colourful characters of the Australian live music scene, FANGS' very own Sam Sheumack came into Studio Bleus to have a chat with Matt and Dave.  The lads covered everything from bikie gangs, life on the road, gig life, early guitar experiences and growing up in the Hawkesbury.  (It's not exactly the Ozarks but it comes pretty damn close!) One well worth a listen.

    Studio Sessions: Jason Garwood bonus content!

    Jason Garwood gives us a tour of his '63 Fender Stratocaster.  This is a special piece of audio featuring a seasoned professional guitarist going through the paces on some of his favourite tones on his 1963 Fender Strat'.  The 5 way switching and balance of the volume controls is a great demonstration on the versatility of the instrument and Jason's unique abilities on the electric guitar.

    Jason Garwood is a professional Guitarist based in the Hawkesbury Region of NSW, Australia.  With four decade career as a professional musician, Jason has inspired many hundreds of guitarists all over the nation.  Jason Shares what it takes to make the leap to become a professional guitarist and what it takes to be an active musician in the time of Covid-19.  As a special bonus, Jason gives us a tour of his '63 Stratocaster. This conversation was special indeed!

    Studio Sessions is a project brought to you by Matt Jones and Dave Bleus.  Dave is professional musician and Owns and Runs his own rehearsal and recording Studio in Sydney's Golden West, Studio Bleus. Best described as a musical performance optimisation centre, Studio Bleus is the home ground advantage for Studio Sessions Podcast.  Matt Is a lawyer and Reading Barrister In Sydney. Matt was a professional musician for the previous 13 years and continues to sell out shows well into 2020.  Studio Sessions was born of Matt and Dave's friendship and long and engaging conversations on the way to and from gigs over the past decade.
