    High powered New York City lawyers, wife Liz Harding-Weinstein medically kidnapped.

    The above post needs some explanation. HELP SAVE LIZZIE. Liz Harding-Weinstein has been incarcerated in a psyche ward for months. She filed for divorce against her husband, an attorney, who she discovered has pedophile tendencies. Which he admits. She filed for custody of the kids. Instead of winning, she was remanded to a psychiatric hospital. She has no access to cash, although she has a large estate. She Is being force medicated. She deserves to be heard in court. She deserves to be free while she fights for her kids. Tomorrow Monday, Dec 12th is her hearing, at 10:30am. We need lots of virtual observers at her hearing. She’s in Rockland county near NYC, so we cannot go in person. Everyone can log in at the link above, using the passcode. I would login about 10:15am. Observers cannot comment - just listen. Issue 1 Proposed Constitutional Amendment TO REQUIRE COURTS TO CONSIDER FACTORS LIKE PUBLIC SAFETY WHEN SETTING THE AMOUNT OF BAIL Proposed by Joint Resolution of the General Assembly To amend Section 9 of Article I of the Constitution of the State of Ohio A majority yes vote is necessary for the amendment to pass. The proposed amendment would: • Require Ohio courts, when setting the amount of bail, to consider public safety, including the seriousness of the offense, as well as a person's criminal record, the likelihood a person will return to court, and any other factor the Ohio General Assembly may prescribe. • Remove the requirement that the procedures for establishing the amount and conditions of bail be determined by the Supreme Court of Ohio. If passed, the amendment will be effective immediately. YES SHALL THE AMENDMENT BE APPROVED? CERTIFICATION Acting in my capacity as the secretary of the Ohio Ballot Board, I hereby certify to the Secretary of the State of Ohio that the foregoing text is the ballot language prescribed by the Ohio Ballot Board, acting pursuant to Article II, Section 1g of the Ohio Constitution and section 3505.062 of the Revised Code of Ohio, for this constitutional amendment proposed by the General Assembly for submission to the Ohio electorate at the election to be held on November 8, 2022.
