More research is needed

I listened to a couple episodes and was somewhat surprised by some of the misinformation that is being reported. One example from the show on chili peppers was that the blood thinning effect of peppers is also the mechanism for reducing blood pressure?! Wow...completely made up! Had to unsubscribe
