Episode 26 is here and these topics are nothing alike. First, Kait discusses the act of Phrogging (when an individual secretly resides in another's home), and takes us through multiple examples of real victims. Next, Cait talks about the unsolved mystery of the death of Tiffany Valiante, a young woman whose death was not properly investigated and her case was closed. A Cold Case and A Cold Case
Episode 25 is here after our winter break and this one is named after both of our topics. First Cait talks about The Lady of the Dunes, a case that was cold for almost half a century until DNA testing and genealogy gave Ruth Marie Terry back her name. Next Kait discusses the amazing survival story of Beck Weathers who was left for dead in 1996 at 26,000 feet on Mount Everest.

The Math's Not Mathing
Episode 24 is here and this one is more on the light hearted side for us. First, Kait talks about the Twin Flames, who claim they are not a cult but most definitely are, and then Cait follows up with songs that you probably know, but didn't know that they were about murder.

You Sure About That?
It’s finally spooky season and Cait and Kait have two very on brand stories this episode. First, Cait tells us the tragic story that inspired Wes Craven’s Nightmare on Elm Street (it’s not what you think!). Then, Kait tells us all about the real live conjuring house, its original owners, and the hauntings that have taken place (you can visit the house, do an evening investigation and even camp on the property! If only Kait could convince Cait to take a field trip).

The Swifties Will Murder Us
Episode 22 is here and this one is definitely a doozy. First, Kait covers the story of Brooke Preston, a 21 year old bright, fun, loving college student who was brutally murdered by her "sleepwalking" roommate. Then, Cait tells the tale of the sea orphan, which, while sounding mystical, is a survival story of 11 year old Terry Jo Duperrault.

Having Fun With Fear
It's basically the end of summer and we are ready to kick off spooky szn early for episode 21! First, Cait takes us to Australia where a shark was caught in the 70's and coughs up something pretty suspicious that leads to a murder investigation. Then, Kait dives into the history of horror films, takes us through the decades and into the psychology behind fear.

Love it!
I love the SUP podcast! I find myself so excited for the next episode mostly because they’re always discussing topics and stories I’ve never heard before. I am definitely a true crime podcast enthusiast, but hearing the same stories over and over can get old. SUP is refreshing in the fact that I learn something new each episode and it always keeps my wheels turning! Not to mention the c(k)aits always having me laughing :)
