Review For An Epic Horror Podcast
Wow … Kryder Van Buskirk is ONE TALENTED DUDE. His writing is both eloquent and “pedestrian”, so that most everyone will hear it with an enjoyable ear - which leads me to his excellent narration:
Kryder has a great voice for reading his works, and he has an innate skill for reading aloud (and as EVERYBODY remembers from school or adult classes of any kind, there’s a good 90% of us who cannot read aloud to save our lives).
And when you add those two simple, yet VITAL, key points in Kryder’s “Stygian …” podcast, with his breathtaking collection of episodes - from twisted horror (yet believable in today’s tragic, catastrophic landscape), dark fantasy, modern-day science-fiction, and even MORE horror: whether it’s surreal, or gothic, or Hitchcockian, or straight up terror…
This is a horror anthology podcast that might actually be good enough to sit alongside Soren Narnia’s “Knifepoint …” - the more episodes I hear, the more of a fan I become.
Top quality
So glad I discovered these stories. Excellent plots with superb narration.
