    is the reality you live real?

    a real reality is a reality that is based on you. not others. here i discuss the relationship with the online world vs the real world. i get into how pursuing the digital world too much can allow you to lose sense of what’s real (if you let it).. this has become more common as social media is subconsciously programmed for us to prioritize it over the real world, the flesh. don’t feel bad if you can relate, understand that if it is a problem for you that it is your job to unpack this, and gain that control back over yourself and your life. i love you. my message here is intentions! make sure that you are doing things for the right reasons. that people are around you for the right reasons, do not be overindulged with online popularity and attention. journal prompt: social media can cease to exist tomorrow and all you will have left is the real world. who will you be then? how will your social life look? what would you allocate more of your time to?
