Subject to Cross is a podcast on criminal law hosted by Caroline G. Donato and Peter E. Kratsa, both attorneys from the law firm, MacElree Harvey, Ltd. in West Chester, PA.

Criminal defense practitioners work to ensure a fair process and outcome for all individuals. Our state and federal constitutional rights encourage fairness. In this country, we all have the same rights. If the system fails for one, it fails for all. As criminal defense lawyers, we fight to make the system work; to make it fair. That’s why what we do matters.

Our mission with this podcast is to put you, the listeners, on the ground floor of that process so that we, and you, can help make it better.

Timely, fun and informative

Whether you want to get down some of the basics of criminal law or drill deep into current rulings, that either further protect or restrict our personal freedoms; this entertaining podcast is the right one for me! The hosts are successful criminal attorneys in West Chester Pennsylvania who have the well-being of their clients as their top priority.

They play off each other on podcast episodes in fun interactive ways that keep the show rolling along at a great pace.

Happy to see new episodes again.

Approachable & Humorous Legal Podcast

I’ve enjoyed this podcast so far. As a new attorney, it’s nice to listen to insights from
experienced and knowledgeable, but also laidback, attorneys. Keep ‘em coming Krat-safrass and Whole Ench-donato.
