Eric Goins (@the_eric_goins) is a father, husband, improviser, and actor. He is the owner of Compass Actor Services (@compassactorservices), an audition taping service providing classes, demo reels and actor coaching in Atlanta, GA. He currently serves as the SAG-AFTRA Atlanta Local President, and was a member of the 2022 Commercial Negotiating committee and the 2023 TV/Theatrical/Streaming Negotiating Committee. Having spent years in the corporate world, he stumbled upon Whole World Improv Theatre on his birthday in 1998 and was blown away by the players on stage. Without hesitation, he auditioned for their classes. This marked the beginning of his journey to become a storyteller. Soon, Eric developed a deep love for improv, which led to 25 years of performing and teaching improvisation. Eric has appeared on television in several shows, including The Righteous Gemstones, Will Trent, The Originals, Meet The Browns, One Tree Hill, Drop Dead Diva, Insatiable, Black Lightning, and as LARRY on AMC's Halt & Catch Fire and The Gambler/Steven Sharpe on DC's STARGIRL for DC Entertainment and The CW. He has also appeared in several movies. Some of his notable works include Ride Along and Ride Along 2, The Watch, The Family That Preys, The Accountant, Dirty Grandpa, and Boss Level.
