Chincie brings a wealth of experience, having served as the Director of Business Connect at the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, where she played a pivotal role in launching and managing a supplier diversity program. Her strategic vision ensured the implementation of Business Connect throughout major sporting events in Los Angeles, including Super Bowl LVI, the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship, WrestleMania, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and the upcoming 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Prior to her role in Los Angeles, Chincie served as the Vice President of Community Engagement and Projects at the Atlanta Basketball Host Committee. Her leadership oversaw all community engagement programs associated with the 2020 NCAA Men’s Final Four, where she achieved remarkable success, including launching the NCAA Read to the Final Four program and managing a series of grassroots activations. But Chincie's impact extends even further, as she managed community engagement programs for Super Bowl LIII with the Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee and led local projects aligned with the Extra Yard for Teachers program during her time at Atlanta Championship Game. Evan's illustrious career includes his recent role as Senior Director of Memberships and Group Sales at the Los Angeles Kings, where he led a high-performing team to unprecedented success. During his four-year tenure with the Kings, Evan's innovative strategies and leadership propelled the sales department to new heights, culminating in the team finishing first among all NHL teams in total group tickets sold for the 2022-23 season. His groundbreaking initiatives, such as the bulk ticket distribution program, not only resulted in 60,000+ tickets sold but also earned him the coveted 2023 NHL Stanley Award for Best Ticket Initiative. Before his time with the Kings, Evan co-founded the Accelerated Sports Career Academy, making a significant impact by placing over 170 students with more than 50 teams across various leagues. Notably, he engineered a pathway for candidates of color to secure full-time roles in sports, with an impressive 57% of placed candidates self-identifying as persons of color. Adding to his list of accomplishments, Evan founded "Reach Capacity" in October 2023, a venture that promises to revolutionize the sports industry.
