Sunny Side Up is a NEW podcast put together by the directors from Sunflowers Mental Health & Wellbeing Project in East Sussex. Charlotte & Keri have created this podcast to help support their growing communities by having inspirational speakers join them and talk about their own battles with their mental health and how their stories have made them into the people they are today.

    This episode gives an update on how sunflowers Project is getting on and what we have been upto. We have the lovely Amy Gander speaking with us throughout so lots of giggles. We also talked about how our MHFA Course went with Adrian Thomas and abit of deep convo towards the end with Keri about bullying at school.
