    We speak with residents of Overtown, a historically Black community in Miami, Florida. Overtown is hidden behind the now newly made city of downtown Miami. We speak to a senior resident and activist on what happens when you displace long-time residents from their homes due to higher elevation and how the phenomenon is now known to be called: climate change gentrification.

    White Without Bleaching

    In our first episode of “White Without Bleaching,” we explore the controversial topic of sunscreens and coral reefs. We sat down and spoke with PhD candidate Kelsey Johnson Sapp on the science behind sunscreen’s effects on coral reefs. Then we spoke with Key West mayor Teri Johnston about how she Is pushing legislation to help save our reefs. Be sure to stay tuned for upcoming episodes about our reefs and how to protect them.
