I watched the podcast of Dr Willeumier with great interest. It was one of the best ones I have seen. She gave a lot of information for many different age groups to promote brain health. It was interesting to see how her suggestions for diet and supplements were so consistent with the things you have been recommending your whole career. Thank you for bringing wonderful programming to your audience. Your interview skills brought out the best of her ideas. I felt very optimistic after hearing this program and have already ordered the book.
