Something about hearing one scripture repeated really allows it to sink into my subconscious and I always end the session feeling more peaceful, encouraged and empowered. I also really appreciate the definitions and explanation of words that are often glossed over but hold SO much meaning and really can unlock treasures within the word! Super work, Supernature Man!

I never really understood the power of the spoken word of God until I realized that taking a scripture and saying and thinking about it IS meditation! This is an excellent guide to meditation and memorization with a Christian spin. The host walks you through meditation and memorization techniques centered around Old and New Testament scripture. And teaches you how to implement a strategy for memorizing and the keys to meditation. I found it relaxing, enlightening and insightful. The host has a gift for teaching. The principles taught, although from a Christian perspective, are universal. But this format is personalized and easily understood. Can’t wait for a new episode. Highly recommend. A+ podcast!
