Fatima Azfar, a consultant at West Monroe Partners and an Illinois Tech Alumni, shares some of her thoughts and experiences with the concept of Fake it 'til You Make It (also known as The Law of Attraction). We sit down (in our own homes) to discuss how our childhood experiences shaped our confidence and ways we can overcome any mental obstacles associated with being a minority.
