Angela and Michael visited the Piscina&Wellness swimming pool fair in Barcelona, one of the largest swimming pool fairs in Europe. Fifty-six per cent of the visitors came from abroad. The motto was, among others - "Dive into innvovation". This year the focus was on innovations that save water and energy in our industry, but we also noticed very modern designs that also mean a change in the technical area. Old, run-down systems are out; straight-lined, elegant, digital and organised is in. We had a look.

Theme of the episode 3: "BLACKLINE". A new trend from Italy is emerging, such as bathroom fittings in black- timeless design. The companies BEHNCKE and Fluvo Schmalenberger follow this trend with the new BLACKLINE series. This extravagant pool design offers pool owners the possibility to install their pool inbuilt parts and attractions in black. This BLACKLINE Special Edition combines the quality of the manufacturer with individual design. Here we are again and have the pleasure of talking to representatives of the largest Swimming pool company in the world. How did this big enterprise come across the Ocean? What makes this sector so interesting? How does SCP work and of course what are the trends and innovations? What can be expected in the swimming pool market at this time? Today Angela and Michael are visiting Piscine Global in Lyon/France, the world's largest pool and spa trade fair.

They will have short interviews with Jiri Zemek from Niveco, Juri Katz from Maytronics, Korcan Kortoglu from Sankurt and Dominik Graf from Dryden Aqua about products from the swimming pool industry and their innovations, differences in some countries and impressions of the fair. But most of all, they will talk about water treatment in general, water features, the different types of pools and energy savings.
