Sword & Grace Unscripted

Tina Smith

Sword & Grace Unscripted is a podcast for women who lead businesses, ministries, churches, and organizations while carrying both conviction and compassion. This is not a platform for polished success stories. It is a space for honest, grounded conversations about the real cost of leadership, the unseen weight women carry, and the grace required to remain faithful through pressure, complexity, building and rebuilding. I am your host, Tina J. Smith, a ๐˜“๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ ๐˜›๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ฑ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ต of over 20 years, an international ๐˜›๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ฉ for women, ๐˜•๐˜ฆ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜ด๐˜ค๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ ๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ฉ for pastors/ministry leaders, Author, and the Founder and CEO of both a for-profit organization and a not-for-profit charitable organization. I am also a mother to two adult children, one teenager, and a mom to a childhood cancer survivor. My work is shaped by lived leadership, faith, and responsibility carried in real life. This podcast is especially for the stories that have been hard. The moments that left you betrayed, crying, and undone. The seasons where you stepped off the stage, walked out of the boardroom, closed the door, and carried pain no one saw and silence you felt you had to keep. These are the stories other Christian women need to hear so we can heal, walk with humility, love well, stand stronger, and rebuild for the Kingdom. ๐˜š๐˜ธ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฅ & ๐˜Ž๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ฆ ๐˜œ๐˜ฏ๐˜ด๐˜ค๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฑ๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ features women who have built, shepherded, stewarded, or carried responsibility for others and who are willing to speak with humility and truth about how leadership has shaped their faith, nervous system, relationships, and sense of calling. We value formation over performance and wisdom refined through lived experience.
