Come for the Useful Sticks, Stay for the AP
When I first stumbled upon Swordnut, the thing that really sold me on the time investment was the non-AP segments that discuss historical combat and how it compares to the portrayals in pop culture. There's no shortage of APs out there, but that occasional extra discussion of historical context alone makes it worth cheking out this show.
And once you're sold on those segments, there's tons of great storytelling to be had from the various games they play.
Excellent variety and Players
Paul and the crew do a great job keeping things lively and supply plenty of gasps and laughs in all of their exploits. Oreo Dildoseptum is still my favorite band.
