Multitude of perspectives on Salesforce, with Developer emphasis

For the full (and even live!) experience, watch their YouTube channel. System dot debug is not just for developers. First, they cover topics that are of interest to everyone (including working remotely, getting involved in the community, what’s new with Salesforce). Second, it’s helpful for admins and others to understand what is happening in the developer world, and to learn to speak their language. Subscribe to their YouTube channel so that you know when new videos are posted- this will happen before it gets turned into a podcast.
