Humanity is key

Marina's podcast is a fantastic example of the necessity of creating systems that work for people- specific people. Not a top 10 list of how to create a system. But the importance of knowing who has to use the system, what they want to accomplish, and what motivates them to stay engaged. Marina has curiosity- it makes her great in her work and in her interviews.... will definitiely keep listening.
