    Today's episode is the pep talk/chat we all need sometimes about something that very commonly comes up in a lot of my talks with clients and friends - comparison.  Opening up social media and being bombarded with a bunch of people who are also doing the 'same thing' as you (in the same industry) or just also run online businesses and the immediate thoughts of - sh*t. Look at what I'm missing. I'm not doing 'x'. Why am I not getting clients like her? Why does she make it look SO easy...  On and on.     I didn't know I was burnt out...

    After an amazing summer break I'm back and I've got such a good episode for you today!  I knew I was taking this time off, but when I actually slowed down - I didn't realize how tired and burnt out I really was. Not really from business, from a number of things, but it still goes to show just how important it truly is that we do take time for ourselves.  As business owners, this can be SO hard.     Scaling your business when the world is on fire...

    It's not 'business as usual'. Things are f*cked. I'm really honest and I don't sugar coat it.  BUT - your business isn't on hold. And your goals shouldn't be either.     The thing no one wants to hear but is actually really effective for scaling your business...

    No one loves this one. But it's literally one of the BIG things that make scaling your business more effective, gives you more time (even right now), and allows you to have a business that's sustainable long term. We don't love hearing these things because it's not 'fancy', it's not an overnight solution to making a ton of money, and sometimes it makes you second guess why the F you started a business... Because often the things that work are also the ones that are a bit of a mindf*ck, at least at first.
