    -Freeze leftovers when you’re cooking for one
    -Reinvent leftovers (like make stuffed bell peppers/tomatoes/spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce)
    -Add extra beans to a chicken dish (if you ate all the chicken) for example
    -Frittata w/ leftovers, stir fry, fried rice

Love all the useful tips on feeding oneself and how to keep things interesting, motivating and feasible for a busy life. Such a good reminder that all this is about self care whatever that means in the moment. Rebecca is so relatable and honest I love listening to her talk on the topic. Great podcast!! 👌
