That is the good news!We believe that true spiritual formation, character transformation, and personal and spiritual resilience, happens in communities where attachment, belonging, and identity exist. In this Podcast we will explore topics and give practical tools that, when practiced, will strengthen relational health, making living in deeper, more authentic community possible.

    WITH-ness: Marriage UNDER-The Invitation

WITH-ness: The experience of being deeply connected with God and others through joy, presence, mutual delight, trust, safety, and shared life. A relational environment where people become more fully alive because they are deeply known, genuinely loved, and continually invited to grow. ~ Table & Well Big Question: What happens when our longing for security turns into a need to control the relationship through performance and appeasement? Join Tennison & Ginelle as they conclude their conversation on the posture of UNDER. In this episode they will take a look at the invitation that WITH brings as couples move from: From performance to presence. From appeasement to authenticity. From anxiety to security. From managing your response to trusting our relationship. From self-abandonment to healthy autonomy. From earning belonging to living from belonging. From UNDER to WITH. Every spouse longs to know, "Are we okay? Am I safe here? Will you still be here?"That longing for security is good. We were created for secure attachment, for relationships in which we can rest, trust, grow, and know we belong. But when that security feels threatened, fear begins looking for a way to guarantee the outcome. In the UNDER posture, the strategy becomes performance, pleasing, or appeasement: "If I do everything right, our marriage will be okay." Instead of receiving security through attachment, we try to earn it through our behavior. And slowly, marriage moves from joy to fear, from relationship to rules, and from intimacy to performance. WITH-ness: The Connected Marriage The You've Been Longing For Pt. 2

WITH-ness: The experience of being deeply connected with God and others through joy, presence, mutual delight, trust, safety, and shared life. A relational environment where people become more fully alive because they are deeply known, genuinely loved, and continually invited to grow. ~ Table & Well Healthy marriages don't usually collapse because people stop loving each other. They slowly drift from connection to control. Every unhealthy posture in marriage is an attempt to secure something good—security, certainty, fulfillment, or significance—but through fear and control rather than love and connection. Throughout this series, we're going to discover that beneath nearly every conflict lies a deeper question:  What are we really longing for? And beneath every unhealthy pattern lies another:  What are we afraid of? Most couples assume their biggest problems are communication, conflict, parenting, finances, or intimacy. But what if those are only symptoms of something much deeper? In this episode, Tennison and Ginelle begin to unpack how the 4 unhealthy postures we take in our marriage try to move us back WITH-ness when fear enters in: UNDER searches for WITH-ness through Pleasing.OVER searches for WITH-ness through Certainty/Control.FROM searches for WITH-ness through Consumption.FOR searches for WITH-ness through Appearance. But what if those are only symptoms of something much deeper? In this opening episode, Tennison and Ginelle introduce a powerful new framework for understanding why marriages become disconnected—not because couples stop loving one another, but because fear quietly begins replacing trust, curiosity, and joy. You'll discover the five relational postures that shape every marriage and learn why living "WITH" one another changes everything. If you've ever wondered why your marriage feels different than it once did, this conversation will help you understand why—and offer hope for a different way forward.
