Fantastic podcast filling us in on what’s going on in the world as Jews and our supporters.

Intelligent and engaged presenters who balance well between a Jewish and a Judaism-curious audience. I do find it difficult to understand why some people need to overemphasise what religion or ethnicity or nationality they have. We all have one (or more) of each ⏤ so what? For this reason, sometimes this podcast can be a bit jarring to me as the presenters overemphasise the Jewishness of a particular person or activity, rather than the humanness of that person or activity. This can make boundaries that sometimes makes it harder to recognise people with different religions, ethnicities, or nationalities as being the same as us.   Having said that, I thoroughly enjoy the witty and often very clever dialogues and conversations about topics that don’t tend to come up in my daily life. And for those without close contact with a Jewish community, whether extremely diasporic Jews or non-Jews who are curious about Jewish life from an American perspective, this podcast can be very educational.
