So glad I found this work.
This has been a life changing podcast for me. I’ve learned how habits are formed and how they can be changed. How working on your thoughts instead of drinking can help you grow and evolve. I will continue to listen to this podcast in my journey and have recommended it to others.
Really smart, clear and compelling
I’ve been taking breaks off and on but if I’m honest, have primarily “muscled” my way through them with willpower. This is the first approach that has made it more “I could take it or leave it” and I find the insights on how brains work super interesting.
Love these podcasts
I have gone back to the beginning and am listening to one each day. I am loving them all. I have been alcohol free for almost 2 years, through another program process. I still feel the draw to be a “normal drinker”. I also use food to fill the void alcohol left in my life. I am getting insight from the podcasts to continue my journey. Thank you Rachel
