    President Biden has unveiled his choice to replace former Clinton appointee and left-leaning Justice Steven Breyer on the US Supreme Court.  During his campaign for presidency, Biden promised to nominate the first Black woman to America's highest court. He has chosen Ketanji Brown Jackson, an experienced DC Circuit judge who was originally interviewed for a Supreme Court vacancy by President Obama in 2016.
