    using envy and jealousy to your advantage

    In this episode I talk about a recent encounter I had with extreme envy and jealousy. After a long evening of mentally bullying myself I decided that I absolutely hated feeling envious and jealous of other people. I hated feeling like my emotions and thoughts were out of my control. So I did what I also do, I went straight to Google to try and figure out an answer. I realized a few crucial things when it comes to envy and jealous but most importantly I finally understood what I could do to use them to my advantage.     the one where I talk about being aesthetic

    (Disclaimer: this episode was originally supposed to be a video episode but due to technical difficulties it is now only an audio episode) Ive been thinking lately about my appearance and I have this urge to try and look more aesthetic. Is that fake of me? I see other girls on social media who just look absolutely *perfect*, they fit into an aesthetic category, their pages are visually appealing. Do these "aesthetic people" have to try hard to be this way or is it all natural? Is it bad to try and make my life look visually better than it actually is? Is being "aesthetic" just a scam to get us to partake in over consumption and trends? I cover all this and more in this weeks episode.     new years resolutions: common mistakes & how to successfully build habits (pt1)

    This is the last Monday of 2023!!! Wow... time flies. I think at this point in time my biggest focus is trying to just organize everything going on in my life and figuring out a game plan for 2024. I did some research on New Years resolutions and came to find that only 8% of the people who set resolutions actually follow through with them. How can this be??! Why does this happen?
