Whitney breaks concepts down into tangible, easy to understand pieces, in a calm, fun, and easy to grasp way. Whitney is a true teacher, she takes her time driving the point home, bc that is definitely needed in this on-the-go, multi-tasking world. She reminds us we can control, just in a better way, a healthier way. I thoroughly enjoy listening and learning with Whitney!
