Taking Back the Narrative is a Zionism education initiative (www.tbtnisrael.com), which aims to fill in the historical 2,000 'gap' proving Jews have had a continuous presence in Israel. This podcast delves deeper into topics relating to Israel, Jews as a people, and current events relating to Taking Back the Narrative.

    Zionism Activism Done Correctly; Featuring Maria Friedman, Executive Director of RICI (Rhode Island Coalition for Israel)

    It was an absolute honor to speak with Maria Friedman, the Executive Director of RICI (Rhode Island Coalition for Israel). Together, we explored our Zionism journeys, both being Russian Judeans and how that shaped our initial connection/disconnect to our actual identity. Despite obstacles, we both leaned in to Zionism, in different ways.  Maria and the organization she leads, RICI, embodies what activism ought to be - meeting Jew-hatred straight on and countering effectively without a victimhood mentality. Judeans are not victims; an indigenous to Israel race which not only survived but thrived for the past 4,000+ years are not victims.     Stan Andrews & The Birth of the Israeli Air Force Featuring Co-Author Jeffrey Weiss | Season 4: Episode 6

    For 4,000+ years, Jews have mastered usage of every weapon available for both defense and retribution. Brave Jews liberated 22% of the Judean homeland (78% remains stolen and since 1922 has been known as 'Jordan.') from the British occupiers using guns and other non-aviation resources, but immediately, when Israel was attacked upon liberation by six Arab countries, fighter jets were needed for survival.  Most of the world refused to provide weapons to Israel when it needed it most, aside from Czechoslovakia, and that was in line with the KGB's manipulation tactic to turn Israel into a Communist vassal 'state.' Aircraft without mastery of usage only goes so far, which is why the mostly non-Israeli Diaspora Jews (along with some non-Jews) who founded the IAF and trained Israelis to become feared fighter pilots, ough to be celebrated. Stan Andrews, who gave his life fighting for the survival of a liberated Israel, was one of the most influential figures and is the subject of co-author Jeffrey Weiss' book, "Fighting Back: Stan Andrews and the Birth of the Israeli Air Force."     Netanyahu: Leader or Traitor; Featuring Matan Zimman | Season 4 Episode 4

    It is an honor to welcome back Matan Zimman to TBTN's Zionist Corner podcast. In part II of the terrorist organizations' inner workings which led to the Jewish genocide on October 7th, the ties Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu had with Qatar are deeply explored. And was it just Qatari political leaders he met with in Israel in 2018 or other nefarious terrorists?  Matan and I also get into a riveting discussion regarding macro vs. micro warning signs that a Jewish genocide was impending, and who missed the signs to protect civilians.  ** Though this episode was recorded prior to Operation Rising Lion, which saw Israel at its most powerful against a modern-day Nazi regime (Iran), under Netanyahu's leadership, Israel was strong-armed into a ceasefire by President Trump, which handcuffed Israel from finishing the job against the IRGC along with leaving the 80% of Iranians who are anti-regime, in a very dangerous and vulnerable position.  Additionally, because Bibi failed to reclaim Jewish Gaza as of yet and has not ripped up the Oslo Terrorist Accords to reclaim the ancestral Judean heartland, Judea & Samaria, there is now strong talk of pushing forward with an antisemitic '2-state solution' - despite there having been one since Churchill stole 78% of the Judean homeland in 1922 and remained in 'Transjordan.' Netanyahu still plays into the lie that if only Hamas is defeated safety will return. Hamas is not one group, but an ideology shared by the 1.8 million Arab occupiers in Jewish Gaza and the Arab occupiers in Judea & Samaria. There is also talk of the equally terrorist PA (Palestinian Authority) remaining intact. Now more than ever true strength is needed to be displayed by the PM of Israel instead of chasing needless deals with wayward Arab states.

    Leora Levy has been a leader in many aspects of her life: she was one of the first female traders on Wall Street after graduating college in 1978. Within politics, Leora's professional pathway has been equally as impressive, most recently having served as the Connecticut RNC National Committeewoman, and in 2022, Leora was the Republican nominee for the Senate race against the long-standing  Senator Blumenthal. These are just some of her numerous political accomplishments, so it was no surprise that I was going to invite Mrs. Levy to speak on the Taking Back the Narrative podcast.  Born in Cuba to Jewish parents, Leora has the personal insight of why Socialism is  dangerous, not just for America as a whole, but for Jews in particular. Join our discussion as we traverse the shifting political climate, the importance of the Patriots within the Republican party, why Zionism matters, and will Jews in America ever see the political light and not keep supporting Hamas, through their votes.
