So Happy!
I just recently rewatched all 10 seasons. Hadn’t seen the show since high school. It really was so great and this podcast is a perfect companion to a rewatch. I hope this keeps going. Can’t wait to get to the Lois episodes.
Smallville
It is great to go back to the past and rewatch the show with these two. Good insight and honest discussion even if Michael give it less praise than I would
Love the show!! But a few suggestons
This show is awesome for everyone that is a fan. The best part is getting those small back scene nuggets about each episode.
To that end, it seems that Michael is incredibly rushed reading the synopsis just so he can get to his favorite part "Brian's favorite scene". Luckily, we have Tom that goes over some background jewels. This is what is interesting to us fans!! I feel bad for Tom because he feels like he has to interrupt Michael as Michael goes through the TV guide's description of the episode as if his life depended on it.
Please give Tom some time to talk in between. Even Michael provides the occasional awesome background, but the only time he really gets excited is when he gets to guess Ryan's favorite scene.
I'm sorry but we couldn't care less about what Ryan thought. We can tell he couldn't care less about the show. He's not a fan and that's ok!
We care about you!! What was YOUR favorite scene would be a better idea.
This all said, I love that this podcast exists. I listen to everyone of them. This is just constructive criticism.
Oh, Michael's texts to AL in the middle of the show is hilarious.
One other thing, maybe it would be a good idea to screen the questions before? It seems that 90% of the questions are answered already during the cast or is "I don't know"
Why not let the longer questions through? Why the rush?
Anyway. Love you both! Thank you for enriching our lives with smallville. It had a massive impact on me back then.
