    Today on the show is  Jay Cardiello one of the most sought after and recognised motivational speakers mindfulness coaches, fitness and health professionals in the world. For 12-years he served as a professional coach in the American NFL and MLB, he serves as a strength and conditioning specialist to celebrities and professional athletes, television and radio personalities, is a regular contributor to leading media outlets and a strategic advisor to global brands. As mentioned he's worked with some of the biggest names in entertainment such as 50 Cent, JLO, Rami Malek, and Sofia Vergara. He is a TEDx speaker, has authored two best-selling wellness books, co-starred in the ABC Television production and most recently developed a 12-Week Behavioural Intervention Program designed to treat addiction, PTSD and obesity. Now…. all of that is extremely impressive but what really struck me about Jay's story is the unbelievable adversity in the making of the man we hear on this episode. From sexual abuse, to breaking his back, being told he would never walk again having over 16 surgeries, to his athletic career being a top athlete in long jump, he been through divorce, bankruptcy and homelessness and yet, his un wavered pursuit to serve others with their body and mind is commendable, noble and frankly …. inspiring!
