A pleasure to listen to

This podcast is loaded with great information! As a mental health professional, it is difficult at times to ask questions that being us challenges in the work with clients and our selves personally. Having this as a support has increased my awareness that I am not alone as a therapist of color who is female.

Grateful to have found this podcast!

I'm so happy to have found this podcast right when I needed it the most. I have neglected my own self-care to the point of being on the brink of a mental meltdown and I just needed to hear that it's okay to not be okay. Thank you!!!
