    I spent 8 weeks resting

    I spent 8 weeks resting

I'm back after 8 weeks away!  I've been on an entire content creation break.  No podcasts, no newsletter, less social media and a lot of time to rest, think, cry and reassess. The clarity that has come from resting is pretty astounding.  I break it all down in this week's episode.

Let me know your thoughts on twitter, Have you ever taken a break and done nothing?

I miss the ease of corporate

I miss the ease of corporate

Let's face it, having a traditional job is easier. You just need to show up, do your job and go home. I miss that feeling. I've been feeling like I can't keep my head above water for the last few months drowning under the weight of having to do it all.  When I was asked last week about whether or not I miss corporate, naturally my honest answer is at least once a week.

Do you miss the ease of not having to do it all?  Share your thoughts on the Twitter thread

    Let's chat about toxic generosity

    Let's chat about toxic generosity

Giving too much can be a bad thing.  Just like we can't be happy go lucky all the time, you can't just give away all your time.  I've fallen into a rut where I use generosity as a procrastination technique to avoid going all in on myself and my goals.  This week I'm sharing the one and only thing I am doing to break this habit.

Really enjoying these conversations between Sara and her guests. This is a great podcast to learn about up and coming talent and be exposed to ideas and trends no one else is talking about. Lots of value here on topics of failure, entrepreneurship, and carving your own path. Excited to hear more!
