Prior to this, Atif founded Amanat Properties, a development and investment platform that repurposes historic and older properties in New Jersey to maximize value and performance. Atif began his career in development and acquisitions at Extell Development, where he worked as an Associate on multiple affordable housing projects. He also gained significant experience as a Project Engineer and Field Engineer at Turner Construction, contributing to major, transformational institutional projects in New York City.
