Tanni Talks Tech

My name is Tannistha, but feel free to call me Tanni. Did you know that I have been working in the automotive industry in Germany for over ten years? I began my career at a Tier 1 supplier. I started as a hardware simulation engineer and gradually advanced to a senior project manager. Throughout the years, I got married, became a mother, took childcare leave, and returned to work again. My journey has had its share of challenges and triumphs, but it has been a significant learning experience. I am passionate about discussing work-life balance and finding ways to alleviate stress while managing both home and work responsibilities. I also enjoy mentoring women who aspire to have careers in the tech field. In this podcast, I aim to share snippets of my journey, the lessons I continue to learn, personal anecdotes, and much more.
