Great podcast run by a great dude
If you don’t know who Miguel is, you should. His personality and values speak louder than he could ever shout. Definitely recommend listening to these to loose yourself in a vast array of topics that always circle back to jiu jitsu.
The day Miguel stops doing this podcast, is the day i never open this app again
Looking forward to catching up on more episodes!
