    Card 18: The Moon

Send us a text In this episode, we discuss the radical workings of the Moon tarot card. From myth and patriarchy to practice and wild reclamation, we embrace the deepest intuition and wild waters within. From the Star’s healing into the liminal, to where intuition leads and softens the ego, the Moon encourages us to stand at the crossroads of internal to external, to discover ourselves, and let our wild magick out of the box.  Some of the main themes in this episode: • Evolution line from Devil to Moon and why it matters • the liminal, intuition, signs, magick, and wildly reclaiming our evolution • patriarchy’s break with cyclical wisdom and how doing the work for ourselves is to do the work that was denied to others • symbolism of crab, pillars, lighthouses, wild vs tame • three practical reads for real-life choices • boundaries, protection, and discerning signs • simple rituals for moon phases and integration • poem “The Moon” as a closing invocation Give me some algorithm love, please: a rate, a share, whatever, wherever, however, it is so appreciated! Rant: Spiritual Bypassing and Toxic Positivity

Send us a text In this episode, I share a story with you that highlights the issues of spiritual bypassing in the spiritual, holistic, and witchcraft community. Spiritual bypassing, toxic positivity, and love and light are thrown around often, but don't actually create the change they wish to make. Instead, they push real issues into the shadows and lock them away.  When we do this, let hate off the hook, and refuse to look at personal situations that need reflection. In this episode, I share how I believe that sacred rage, clear boundaries, and grounded tools like tarot can help us face hard truths and act with integrity. The main issues discussed: a story that highlights the problems with spiritual bypassingracism, sexism, and more should kill your vibe addressing the hatred of people like Charlie Kirk and the Paradox of Toleranceusing our spiritual tools to help us address and navigate the shadows of life (personal or collective), instead of suppressing themLinks: Google Form for Feedback The Paradox of Tolerance VeryWell Mind Article Charlie Kirk Article 1 Charlie Kirk Article 2 Mrs. Degree Article Elle Article Background track is Muses by Ballpoint, Cushy My Links If you like these episodes, please consider rating me wherever you are listening to me! Card 16: The Tower

Send us a text After we have found liberation with the Devil, we walk into the destruction, chaos, and upheaval of the Tower. This is perhaps the most unwanted card in the tarot, but the Tower, like all tarot cards, has gifts to give. In this episode, we will reframe the collapse as a rite of passage that aligns outer life with inner truth. We will hold fast and true to ourselves, and find the warrior within. We will discover some of the deepest insight that comes from upheaval, and rebuild, brick by brick if need be. Main themes with this episode: • the Devil-to-Tower arc and why inner shifts demand outer change • rites of passage and how to hold steady in chaos • an initiation to evolution and wild reclamation is going to remove things that do not serve • the wisdom that comes with hindsight, and the power of the spirit to keep going, to have hope, and to be brave Please rate the show wherever you listen.
