We are moving through the suckitude... and often it feels hard and challenging. But in the bigger picture, we are moving through. Maybe, hopefully, we are finding out as we make our way that it's not as bad as we once feared it would be.     When we are churning in our upset, we can believe the churning is who we are.  Waking up means we recognize that this happens and are willing to believe that we are never limited but this energy trying to dance with us now IS very limited.  Let's use all of our struggle for our liberation.  The fullness of who you are -- Spirit in a body expressing itself as You the personality self -- is NOT the churn.     Sacred Triggers. Those upsets that seem repetitive, familiar, and seemingly unceasing? These are the opportunities life offers us for upleveling.  The holy shift is a choice we make to take a new direction when those patterns hit. We are not doomed to repeat situations unless we decide we're doomed. The experience we are having is being created by us as we go.  We are creating it as we go.     The Mind Won't Shut Up but You Don't Have to Listen

    The mind won't shut up but you don't have to listen. It is time to call b******t on our mental stories and focus on what really matters to us. We push away the possibilities and choose to hang on to the stale old horror stories. The hardest pattern I see is the Yes, BUT pattern. Using our suffering to remember who we truly are. We are not our history. We are not our thoughts. Let's use our suffering to remember who we truly are. Let's keep waking ourselves up and keep realizing the True Self.
