    Stress Relief: Release your energy with EXERCISE

    The month of October is devoted to helping you find new ways of relieving stress.  What ways do you currently relieve stress? Are they truly working for you? Maybe it's time to try something new. This month is all about giving you new ideas to try. Let's start with releasing all that pent up energy and emotions. Move your body and find release. Exercise shouldn't be hard and it definitely should not feel like punishment. Find what feels good. Then schedule it, buy it, do it. Make it intentional. Tips for fitting self-care into a tight schedule are included. Next week we'll discuss fitting them in the budget. Take the time to take care of you.
