    Epidsode 10 - All About Assessments!

    In this episode (it's a big one!) I dive deep into assessments in a comprehensible input classroom.  First, I reflect on a management issue that happened in one of my classes in the past week. Then, I give an overview of my philosophy on assessments and how it has evolved over the years. I dissect one of my old tests and examine it through a CI lens to get a good handle on what I used to do to assess students.     In this episode, I have my second interview show with a great friend of mine who I have known for many years. Mary Waters is a teacher of English to students new to the language. She has done it all, from landing a teaching job in China with no formal training, to creating an online "edutainer" persona.
